A warm Minneapolis summer day, a packed dance floor, and a wedding that balanced timeless details with a genuinely fun, vibrant energy all the way through.
Rachel and Luke have been together since high school, and they wanted their wedding day to feel like that; easy in a simple way, shaped by a long shared history. At the Blaisdell Mansion in Minneapolis, the day felt classic and elegant in structure — soft florals, black dresses, a timeless backdrop — but never too serious about itself. Small details like matching Chucks kept everything grounded, fun, and unmistakably funky.
From the beginning, the focus was clearly celebration. Nothing felt stiff or overly scheduled, just a steady, excited energy that carried through the entire day.
The dance floor picked that up immediately. It filled early, stayed full, and became the heartbeat of the night.
